We've arrived! I flew out of Seattle at 1:15pm on Friday, and arrived in Paris 8:30 am on Saturday. We are all pretty jet lagged and tired. The bus picked us up from the airport at 2pm and drove us 2 1/2 hours from Paris to Honfleur, on the English Channel. We had dinner as a group and had the evening to explore Honfleur a little. Its a picturesque little town that looks like the village in Beauty and the Beast. We rode an old carosel overlooking the Channel, poked around a few shops that were open, and got caught in an absolute downpour. Since we were all tired, we called it a night early and came back to the villa where we are staying to hang out. It doesn't quite seem real yet that we are here, as we are all so tired, so hopefully a good night sleep will have us ready to go explore tomorrow!
